The Poke Co. & Wings launched its Westwood Village location, located on Glendon Avenue, in April.
This restaurant, which is family owned and operated, is the 10th location of the Poke Co.

Mighty Pilates, a pilates studio located on Weyburn Avenue, hard launched its Westwood Village location in January.
The studio is part of a chain of Mighty Pilates studios across Southern California and the Bay Area that offers both in-person and online classes.

UCLA’s Williams Institute released a report on the overall quality of life of transgender, gender non-conforming and intersex adults in Los Angeles in November.
The report, “From Surviving to Thriving: A Quality-of-Life Study with Transgender, Gender Nonconforming, and Intersex (TGI) Adults in the City of Los Angeles,” was prepared for the city of LA by the Williams Institute and the Translatin@ Coalition, an LA-based organization committed to addressing the needs of trans Latinx immigrants across the United States.

Bruin Flea, a flea market co-hosted by students and local community members, made its Westwood debut on Broxton Avenue on Friday.
The monthly market, which began holding events in 2022, featured food trucks, music and booths from various businesses and local vendors.
